Vegan Ranch


This dressing hits all the nostalgic notes of the ranch we loved as kids, yet the chives, garlic, and lemon really give it sophistication.

Makes about ¼ cup

2 tablespoons minced chives

1 clove garlic, grated

¼ cup soy-free vegenaise 

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar 

1 tablespoon lemon juice

kosher salt

fresh-cracked black pepper 

1. Whisk the first 5 ingredients together in a small bowl. Add salt and pepper to taste.
