Vanilla Berry Mint Smoothie


Tart, sweet, and incredibly refreshing thanks to fresh mint.

Makes 1 smoothie

½ cup frozen blackberries

½ cup frozen raspberries

1 tablespoon chia seeds

1 scoop Ancient Nutrition Vanilla Plant Protein+ powder

small handful mint leaves (about 6)

1 cup water

1 pinch salt

1. Combine all ingredients in a powerful blender and blitz until smooth.
