¼ cup tahini
juice of 1 lemon
1 clove garlic
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
¼ teaspoon sea salt
1 to 4 tablespoons water (depending on desired thickness)
harissa, to season (optional)
1. Pulse all ingredients in a food processor or blender until smooth.
