Turmeric Tahini

“Equal parts nutty and tangy, this sauce pairs well with virtually all veggies and macro bowl combos. The turmeric has anti-inflammatory properties for days.”

Yields 1/2 cup

¼ cup tahini

juice of 1 lemon

1 garlic clove

1 teaspoon turmeric powder

¼ teaspoon sea salt

1-4 tablespoons water (depending on desired thickness)

season with harissa (optional)

1. Pulse in food processor or blender until smooth.
