
The Red Snapper
The original Bloody Mary, or Red Snapper, as it’s called at the St. Regis in New York, was originally concocted at the King Cole Bar in 1934 by bartender Fernand Petiot. Today it’s a brunch time staple all over the world.
1 oz. Belvedere vodka
2 oz. Tomato juice
1 dash lemon juice
2 dashes salt
2 dashes black pepper
2 dashes cayenne pepper
3 dashes of Worcestershire sauce
Stir all ingredients together in a tall glass.
