Thai Spice Blend
Use this versatile spice blend as a marinade for chicken or shrimp, a base for soups and curries, or toss with vegetables before roasting or grilling.
2 tablespoons coconut sugar
1 tablespoon ground coriander
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon ground turmeric
½ teaspoon cayenne
2 teaspoons ground ginger
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1. Combine all ingredients together.
2. Place in a sealed container and store at room temperature for up to 1 year.
