Tamari & Ginger Marinade
This is your new back pocket, all-purpose Asian marinade. Perfect for yakitori-style skewers with vegetables, chicken or fish, it’s also easy to toss with noodles and veggies for a quick weeknight dinner situation.
¼ cup tamari
1 ½ tablespoons coconut sugar or honey
1-inch piece ginger, grated or finely minced
2 garlic cloves, grated or finely minced
2 tablespoons sake
3 tablespoons chopped cilantro leaves and stems
1. Whisk together all ingredients in a bowl.
