Super Green Dip

“This lands somewhere between guacamole and Farmshop’s avocado hummus. Perfect as an appetizer or for casual crudités dipping (dare I even say, Super Bowl-worthy). I prefer this on the spicier side.”

Yields 3/4 cup

½ avocado

¼ cup fresh cilantro

1 garlic clove

juice of 1 lime

½ jalapeño, seeded

¼ cup roasted pistachios, salted

¼ cup olive oil

1 tablespoon water

1. Pulse in food processor or blender until incorporated
