SunButter Satay Sauce
We’re obsessed with this faux-peanut sauce. It’s sweet, savory, and super creamy. And while we love it with summer rolls and cold noodle salad, we also think it makes for a great dip for veggies when you’re all hummus-ed out.
¼ cup unsweetened sunflower seed butter
2 cloves garlic, grated
1 2-inch piece ginger, grated
2 tablespoons tamari
2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
½ teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon water
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and mix until smooth.
