The tart, refreshing grapefruit echoes the piquant quality of the sumac, giving this drink a surprisingly dynamic, layered flavor. And it’s gorgeous: pink on pink.
1. Mix the sumac and salt in a small bowl. Pour the mixture out evenly on a small, flat plate. Take a coupe glass and rub the rim with a slice of grapefruit, then gently dip the rim into the sumac salt.
2. Put ice cubes into a cocktail shaker. Add the grapefruit juice and Ketel One Botanical Grapefruit & Rose and shake well to chill and combine.
3. Pour into the prepared coupe glass and float the club soda to finish. Garnish with a grapefruit twist.
