We served this salad from Cloud Catering at our Summer party with Diane Von Furstenberg.
1. Whip equal parts of goat cheese and cream cheese together in a Kitchen Aid Mixer with a bit of salt and pepper, to taste.
2. Assemble salad as desired, and then finish with balsamic vinegar, lemon, olive oil, Maldon sea salt, and flowers.
