
Stone Fruit Salad
We served this salad from Cloud Catering at our Summer party with Diane Von Furstenberg.
Yellow Peach, thinly sliced
White Peach, thinly sliced
Green and Red Mustard Frills
Red and Green Watercress
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Balsamic Vinegar
Lemon Juice
Seasonal Flowers
Maldon Salt
Goat Cheese
Cream Cheese
Salt and pepper, to taste
1. Whip equal parts of goat cheese and cream cheese together in a Kitchen Aid Mixer with a bit of salt and pepper, to taste.
2. Assemble salad as desired, and then finish with balsamic vinegar, lemon, olive oil, Maldon sea salt, and flowers.
