Spiced Coffee and Tonic

The combination of chicory coffee and the allspice, cardamom, and citrus peel in Seedlip Spice 94 feels festive for the holidays but is subtle enough to be enjoyed year-round.

Makes 1

2 ounces strong-brewed coffee (we like a New Orleans–style chicory coffee for a toastier flavor), cooled

2 ounces Seedlip Spice 94

4 ounces tonic water

1. Combine the coffee and Seedlip Spice 94. Then fill a highball glass with ice. Pour in the tonic and top with the coffee-and-Spice mix.
