Our Valentine’s Day version of a classic French 75.
2 organic blood oranges, washed and cut into quarters
1 oz. gin
1 oz. st. germain
1/2 bottle dry prosecco
Combine blood oranges, gin and st. germain in a pint glass. Use a muddler (or rolling pin or whatever tool you have) to press the oranges until they have released their juices. Strain the liquid, divide between two champagne glasses, and fill each glass with prosecco.
