Seeded Bread

1. Prepare a parchment paper lined loaf pan and preheat the oven to 350F.

2. First mix the chia seeds and ¾ cup of water together. Let sit while you prepare the rest of the mix.

3. In a mixing bowl, whisk all of the dry ingredients together taking care to reserve ¼ cup of the mixed seeds for the top of the loaf. Whisk in the olive oil, apple cider vinegar and the remaining 3 cups of water until a mix is formed. It will seem loose.

4. Sprinkle the top with sea salt and the remaining ¼ cup of seeds and bake for 90 minutes or until a toothpick inserted and it comes out clean.

5. Allow to cool completely before cutting into.

6. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
