Dr. Junger of Clean lends us a warm shake for winter detoxing.

makes 1

1 cup bone marrow broth (or chicken or vegetable stock)

1 avocado

1 tablespoon miso

a pinch of salt (if broth is unsalted)

1/2 cup almond or coconut milk

1. Blend until smooth.
