Rosemary Tuck


The warming combination of scotch whisky, rosemary, and orange make this the perfect winter nightcap.

Makes 1 cocktail

1 1/2 ounces DEWAR’S 12 Blended Scotch Whisky

1 1/2 ounces Tawny port

2 dashes orange bitters

1/2 ounce fresh orange juice

orange peel to garnish

sprig of fresh rosemary to garnish

1. Combine DEWAR’S 12 Blended Scotch Whisky, port, orange bitters, and orange juice in a cocktail shaker with ice.

2. Stir for 30 seconds, then strain into a rocks glass with ice.

3. Garnish with an orange peel and a sprig of fresh rosemary.
