Rose Latte

Shiva Rose’s rose latte recipe easily whips up into a frothy, rose-tinged treat that has to be the most beautiful comfort food on earth.

Makes 1

1 cup milk (almond, coconut, raw dairy, or goat)

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 tablespoon coconut oil

1 tablespoon coconut nectar or honey

2 tablespoons rose water

strawberries or raspberries, fresh or frozen (optional)

crushed rose petals

1. In a saucepan, warm all the ingredients except the coconut oil, rose petals, and sweeteners.

2. Slowly stir in the nectar or honey, then blend the mixture and strain it through a cheesecloth.

3. Pour it into a blender, add the oil, and blend.

4. Once everything’s combined, pour it into a cup, and add a few crushed petals on top.
