Our favorite kale smoothie in popsicle form—yum.
1 banana, preferably very ripe
1/2 cup chopped kale
1 cup cubed pineapple
1. Purée banana, kale, and pineapple in a blender.
2. Pour into ice pop molds and freeze for at least 5 hours—these keep up to 6 months.
