Rancho Valencia Dirty Martini
This has the qualities we’ve come to love and expect in a dry, dirty martini.
2 1/2 ounces gin or vodka
1/2 ounce dry vermouth
1/2 ounce olive brine
1. Chill a cocktail glass by filling it with ice or placing it in the freezer for five minutes.
2. Fill shaker three-quarters full with ice.
3. Pour in the gin or vodka, olive juice, and a whisper of dry vermouth.
4. Shake and strain into the chilled glass. Garnish with two olives.
