Radish and Butter Tartine
One of the simplest yet most sophisticated lunches ever.
1/3 baguette, cut in half
4 tablespoons good salted butter
4 radishes, very thinly-sliced
salt and pepper to taste
Spread 2 tablespoons butter on each baguette half.
Top with shaved radishes and season with salt and pepper to taste.
