Radish and Butter Tartine

One of the simplest yet most sophisticated lunches ever.

Serves 1

⅓ baguette, cut in half

4 tablespoons good salted butter

4 radishes, very thinly sliced

salt and pepper to taste

1. Spread 2 tablespoons of butter on each baguette half.

2. Top with shaved radishes and season with salt and pepper to taste.
