“This sandwich can be made in a few seconds and is something I know he’ll happily eat. It’s also filled with things that I generally always have in my fridge at home. Cucumbers and prosciutto are two of his favorite snacking foods, so why not combine them into a heartier tea sandwich?”
1. Slice ciabatta in half and evenly spread cream cheese on both halves.
2. Line the “bottom” half of bread with half of the cucumbers and then the prosciutto.
3. Top the prosciutto with the remaining cucumbers and top off with the top piece of bread.
4. Cut in half and wrap tightly with plastic wrap if storing overnight.
