Pepita Blueberry Tahini Smoothie

Tahini makes this plant-based smoothie so rich and satisfying.

Makes 1 smoothie

1 cup frozen blueberries

1 cup water

½ cup raw pepitas

1 pitted date

2 tablespoons tahini

1 tablespoon hemp seeds

1 pinch salt

1. Combine all ingredients in a powerful blender and blitz until smooth.
