This cocktail gives a nod to Southern sweet tea but uses caffeine-free and gorgeously floral chamomile tea. The resulting cocktail is comforting and somehow familiar even if it’s your first time trying it.
1. Brew 2 bags of chamomile tea in about 4 ounces of hot water; let steep and cool.
2. Remove the tea bags from the cooled chamomile tea, then combine it with the lemon juice, Ketel One Botanical, and honey. Serve over ice.
