My Dad’s Rum and Tonic
This refreshing cocktail, zingy with plenty of lime juice, will convert any rum skeptic.
2-3 oz. of Myers’s Dark Rum
Lots of lime juice and at least one lime wedge
1. Fill a glass with good, clear ice and add the rum—my dad insisted on Myers’s Dark Rum for this drink, and I have to agree.
2. Top with tonic water, add more lime juice than you might think, and a couple more slices for good measure.
