Matcha Avocado Smoothie
This smoothie may not have any greens in it, but the color tells you that it’s full of some super healthy green stuff nevertheless—matcha powder and avocado. This filling smoothie tastes creamy and keeps you energized and satiated.
1 banana, cut into 1-inch pieces and frozen
½ avocado, cut into 1-inch pieces and frozen
1 cup nondairy milk
2 teaspoons matcha powder
1. Combine the frozen banana, avocado, milk, and matcha in a powerful blender. Blend on high until smooth. This smoothie is deliciously thick and creamy, so you’re going to need a straw. (Just make sure it’s a paper or metal one.)
