
Lemon Chili Dressing
This light dressing works pretty well on almost any type of salad. (We originally had it with Kitchen Mouse’s Seared Shisito Pepper and Mizuna Salad.)
2 cups lemon juice
1 cup olive oil
4 teaspoons salt
2 tablespoons sambal
2 tablespoons ginger, minced
2 tablespoons chives, chopped
Whisk ingredients together and serve.
