Korean Chicken Sliders
This recipe is a great marriage of American BBQ fare (buns, slaw, and mayo) and the sweet, spicy, fermented flavors of a few key Korean ingredients (gochujang and fish sauce).
1. First make the Sriracha mayo: Combine veganaise or aioli with the grated garlic and Sriracha. Set aside.
2. To make the slaw, combine the sliced cabbage, cilantro, and scallions with the lime juice.
3. To assemble the sliders, add some Sriracha mayo to the base of the bun, then pile on some of the Shredded Korean Chicken, and top with the cabbage slaw.
