Hummus Tartine with Sprouts
This is a heartier spin on avocado toast, as it includes hummus, tomatoes, and sprouts—plus a hint of smoke from the paprika.
2 slices vegan, gluten-free bread
½ small Haas avocado
2 tablespoons hummus
1 pinch alfalfa sprouts
4 cherry tomatoes
1. Spread hummus on toasted bread.
2. Top with sprouts, sliced tomatoes, and avocado, and finish with a dash of paprika.
