Hula Hydrator Smoothie


This smoothie is hydrating and energizing. Buy two young Thai coconuts and use the water and the meat for this recipe. You can also find coconut meat in the frozen section of certain health food stores.

Makes 1 large smoothie

2 cups coconut water

1 cup frozen pineapple

1 cup frozen mango

½ cup fresh coconut meat

1 handful spinach or dark leafy green of your choice (about 1 cup)

1. Combine all ingredients in a powerful blender.
