
Granola
No added fats or oils makes this granola a super healthy snack
2 cups rolled oats
1 cup pecans
1 cup walnuts
1 cup shredded coconut
½ cup sunflower seeds
½ cup flax seeds
1 cup cranberries
½ cup maple syrup
1 tablespoon vanilla
Mix and bake at 350°F for 45 minutes until brown and crunchy. Check periodically.
