Hibiscus and Yuzu Tonic
This refreshing tonic supports healthy skin, increases energy, speeds up metabolism, decreases stress, and supercharges anti-aging. It also happens to taste delicious. If you don’t happen to have rhodiola tincture or yuzu juice lying around, they (and all the other somewhat obscure ingredients) can all be ordered online.
4 drops rhodiola tincture
4 drops st john’s wort tincture
3/4 cup hibiscus tea, brewed and then chilled
1 tablespoon yuzu juice
1 tablespoon honey
6 tablespoons sparkling water
1. Fill a shaker with ice.
2. Add hibiscus tea, both tinctures, yuzu, and honey.
3. Shake for about 5 minutes, then add sparkling water.
4. Strain into a glass and enjoy!
