GP’s Cocoa Espresso Martini


Sweet, nutty, rich, chocolaty and slightly bitter: This is the perfect after-dinner drink.

Makes 1

1½ ounces vodka

1½ ounces macadamia nut milk

2 teaspoons maple syrup

1 teaspoon good-quality cocoa powder

1 shot espresso

pinch of salt

1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice.

2. Shake vigorously and strain into a martini glass.
