Frozen Cherry Bonbons
The recipe yield is pretty generous, so you’ll have more than enough bonbons to satisfy your sweet tooth during your reset and beyond. The size and texture of frozen cherries work particularly well here, but feel free to try with some of your other favorite frozen fruits as well.
1. First dip the cherries in coconut yogurt, coating them completely, then set them on a parchment-paper-lined baking sheet and return to the freezer to set.
2. While they set, melt the chocolate and coconut oil together in the top of a double boiler over low heat. Once combined, remove from the heat.
3. Prepare another baking sheet with parchment paper. Then begin dipping. Quickly dip the (now frozen) yogurt-covered cherries in the melted chocolate. Using a spoon in one hand and chopsticks in the other, turn it, fully coating it. Set it on the newly prepared baking sheet. Once you’ve dipped all your cherries, sprinkle each with a tiny bit of flaky sea salt and freeze. After about 5 minutes, they’ll be fully set. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer.
