Fried Eggs


While we love these on their own, they’re great over a protein or rice bowl.

1. Heat olive oil in a small nonstick pan over medium heat.

2. Crack the egg directly into the pan and season generously with salt and pepper.

3. Continue cooking the egg over medium heat for about 3 minutes or until the white is set and slightly crispy around the edges but the yolk is still quite runny.
