Crudité Platter with Green Goddess Dip


This bright green dip is easy to whip up in advance, and is the perfect healthy contribution to any holiday cocktail spread.

Makes about 1 cup

½ cup 0% greek yogurt

½ cup vegenaise

1 T roughly chopped tarragon leaves

½ cup roughly chopped basil leaves

1/3 cup roughly chopped cilantro leaves

2 scallions, roughly chopped

½ teaspoon salt

4 teaspoons lemon juice

1 ½ teaspoons agave nectar or honey

assorted crudités such as carrot, radishes, tomatoes, endive, and cucumber

1. Combine all ingredients and pulse in a food processor or blend with an immersion blender until smooth.

2. Serve with assorted crudités.
