
Cilantro Chutney
A guilt-free chutney from Kitchen Mouse in LA.
2 bunches cilantro leaves
2 serrano chilies
6 garlic cloves
4 large pieces of ginger
12 limes, juiced
1/2 cup water (if needed)
Salt to taste
6 cups un-soaked cashews
Blend in a blender or food processor.
