Chicken and Vegetable Bone Broth Soup

To wrap up the week, a simple recipe: Any herbs or vegetables you have left over can go into this soup and it will be amazing. It comes together quite quickly (because you already made the bone broth).

Serves 2

4 cups bone broth (turmeric-spiced or not)

1 cup shredded chicken

½ cup shredded cabbage

½ cup mushrooms

2 tablespoons thinly sliced green onions

cilantro to garnish (optional)

1. Place the broth, chicken, and veggies in a pot and bring to a boil.

2. Garnish with cilantro if you like.
