
Chicken Tzatziki Salad
This healthy chicken salad has a yogurt base (much better for you than mayo!) and wonderful Greek-inspired flavor. If you can’t find garlic paste, just use a rasp to finely grate some fresh garlic.
½ cup plain full-fat Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon olive oil
½ teaspoon garlic paste
1 tablespoon fresh dill (optional)
½ cup sliced cucumber (from salad bar)
¼ rotisserie chicken, shredded
sea salt and black pepper, to taste
mixed salad greens (from salad bar)
1. Whisk the yogurt, oil, garlic paste, and dill together in a bowl. Stir in the cucumber and chicken, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
2. Serve over greens.
