This simple potion, which tastes like the most delicious iced tea, helps us be more adaptable to stressors (thanks to he shou wu), normalize the sleep cycle (thanks to ashwaganda), and provide an overall positive world view (astragalus).

1. Combine ashwaganda, astragalus, he shou wu, and coconut sugar in a medium bowl.

2. Add the 4 ounces of water, and use a matcha chasen to vigorously whisk the mixture in a “Z” pattern, until the herbs are frothed and the sugar has dissolved.

3. Pour into a glass with ice, and top with the fresh coconut milk.
