Berry Mint Kiss Smoothie

Starting your day with a smoothie that both is delicious and provides some antioxidants feels great. For more of a frozen slushie, replace the almond milk with extra coconut water and add some ice. You might want to skip the stevia in that case, because the coconut water will give it enough sweetness.

Makes 1 large smoothie

1 cup coconut water

1 cup almond milk

1 cup frozen pineapple

1 cup frozen blueberries

½ cup fresh mint leaves

½ lemon juice

1 tablespoon coconut oil

4 to 6 drops stevia

1. Combine all ingredients in a powerful blender.
