
Berry Mint Kiss Smoothie
This smoothie is Antioxidant-rich and encourages healthy hair, skin and nails. Try it with 2 cups coconut water instead of almond milk, and skip the stevia for a more refreshing and lighter version.
1 cup coconut water
1 cup almond milk
1 cup frozen pineapple
1 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
1/2 lemon juice
1 tablespoon coconut oil
4-6 drops stevia
1. Combine all ingredients in a powerful blender.
