Everyone loves a BBQ rub and this one, sweetened with coconut sugar instead of the traditional brown sugar, is especially good. Rub this over any meat, fish, or veg going on the grill, use it as a base for a quick BBQ sauce, or throw it into baked beans for added flavor.
2 tablespoons paprika
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dry mustard
3 tablespoons coconut sugar
1 teaspoon kosher salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
1. Combine all ingredients together.
2. Place in a sealed container and store at room temperature for up to 1 year.
