This simple dessert is comforting while providing some brain-supporting omega-3 fatty acids, thanks to the walnuts
1. Place chocolate in a small microwave-safe bowl or cup, cover with waxed paper and heat in microwave on low power for 10 second intervals or until chocolate is almost melted (or heat in a double boiler on the stove, as we did). Stir until smooth, then stir in turmeric.
2. To serve, arrange banana rounds on a plate and sprinkle with walnuts. Serve with melted chocolate on the side for dipping or drizzle on top.
