Using Tito’s Texas-made vodka makes this an American version of the classic Moscow mule. Be sure to buy ginger beer, not ginger ale – it has a much stronger, spicier flavor.
1. Pour vodka & lime juice over ice in a rocks glass or snifter.
2. Add simple syrup as needed.
3. Top with the ginger beer and garnish with a slice of lime or skewered crystallized ginger.
