Bright red in color and wonderfully sweet and earthy—we especially love these with a little fresh ginger thrown in.
1. Juice the apples, beets, and carrots.
2. Whisk the juices together and pour into ice pop molds.
3. Freeze for at least 5 hours. These keep for up to 6 months.
