These tapered utility pants are cut from a stretch cotton twill with a nice drape. They have a high waist and a cool, slightly slouchy fit. The buttoned ankle straps are adjustable, so you can cinch the cuffs or wear them wider. And the oversize patch pockets mean you can leave your bag at home.
