Overeaters Anonymous (OA) is a peer-support network for people suffering from eating disorders and other food-related issues, including overeating as well as undereating and overexercising. The program is entirely autonomous: It does not weigh members or monitor their habits, nor does it impart any food plans. Much like EDA, OA works off a twelve-step program and conducts meetings in-person, nationally and globally, and online.
