Chicago-based furniture/décor/botany institution Jayson Home has stayed put in its home town for the entirety of its existence, which is why its summer pop-up shop in Sag Harbor is a really big deal. The historic 18th-century building which houses the jewel-toned tufted couches, beechwood coffee tables, stacks of candles, and piles of plush pillows, used to be the town liquor store, and a whaling supply shop before that. We especially like the club room in the back—with its midnight-blue walls and gilded accents, it feels refreshingly un-Hamptons (in the best possible way).
