1. Eligibility: The Not Pink Pick-Me-Up Pixel Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, age 18 or older at the time of entry. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited by law. Employees, shareholders, officers, directors and agents of goop, Inc. (the “Sponsor”), their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members of, and/or those living in the same household of each, are not eligible to enter. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Entry into this Sweepstakes constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions and interpretations, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.

2. Location: goop GIFT located at 2241 Fillmore Street, San Francisco CA 94115 (the “Location”).

3. Timing: The Sweepstakes period begins November 17, 2018 and ends on December 21, 2018 at close of business at the Location (the “Sweepstakes Period”). For information on business hours visit our goop IRL page: https://goop.com/goop-retail-store-locations/. There are multiple Entry Periods (as defined below) during the Sweepstakes Period.

4. Entry: To enter the Sweepstakes, an entrant must visit the Location and speak to a goop Gift employee (“goop staffer”). The goop staffer will collect entrant’s email address on a Google Tablet. At the end of each Entry Period, one (1) email address will be selected as the winner of that week’s Sweepstakes. The total number of potential Prize winners is five (5). Each entrant is considered a potential Prize winner pending verification of his/her eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules.

As an alternate method of entry, an entrant may enter the Sweepstakes by mail, by hand printing your name, complete address, and phone number (including area code and date of birth) either on a postcard or on a separate piece of paper no larger than 8½ x 11 inches, and mailing the postcard or paper in an envelope with the proper postage affixed to: goop, Inc., 212 26th Street Suite 206 Santa Monica CA 90402, Attn: The Not Pink Pick-Me-Up Pixel Giveaway Entry. Entrants by mail may enter as often as they wish. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by December 14, 2018, and must be received at goop, Inc. no later than December 21, 2018 for inclusion in the final Entry Period. Limit one entry per stamped envelope. Mechanically reproduced or hand-stamped entries or mailing labels or entries generated by script, macro or other automated or mechanical means and entries by any means which subvert the entry process will not be accepted. Incorrect, illegible, corrupt, and incomplete entries are void.

5. Prizes: Total Prize value: $4,495. Each Google Pixel (each a “Prize”) is $899 retail value. There will be five (5) available over the Sweepstakes Period. One (1) prize will be awarded at the end of each Entry Period.

6. Random Drawing: One (1) potential Prize winner will be selected for each Entry Period during the Sweepstakes Period in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received for that Entry Period. The drawing for each Entry Period will be conducted on or about the dates indicated in the chart above by goop staffers on site. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during each Entry Period.

7. Winner Notification: Potential Prize winners will be notified via email (to email the address provided at entry) by a goop staffer and will be required to return to the Location to pick up his or her Prize within three (3) business days of notification. If the winner is unable to physically retrieve his or her Prize, arrangements must be made with the goop staffer for alternate method of delivery before the 3-business day retrieval period ends. Shipping costs will be at the winner’s expense. If a Prize is not retrieved and alternate delivery arrangements are not made within this retrieval period, the Prize will be forfeited.

8. Prize Conditions: All expenses related to the acceptance or use of the Prize are the sole responsibility of Prize winner. Prize is non-assignable or transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. No substitution is permitted except in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. Any incidental expenses related to Prize not specified herein are the sole responsibility of each winner. Once the Prize has left the Location, the Prize is considered rewarded. Sponsor will not be responsible for any Prize lost in transit or otherwise undeliverable to Prize winner. Any Prize not claimed according to these Official Rules will be deemed forfeited.

All costs, taxes, fees and expenses associated with a Prize or the acceptance and use of any element of a Prize not specifically addressed herein are the sole responsibility of the winner. All federal, state and local taxes on Prize, if any, are the responsibility of each winner.

Except where prohibited by law, entry and acceptance of Prize constitute permission to use each winner’s name, description of Prize won, hometown and likeness for purposes of advertising, promotion and publicity (including online posting) in any and all media now or hereafter known throughout the world in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification or permission.

Winner acknowledges that the Sponsor and all other businesses affiliated with this Sweepstakes and their agents do not make, nor are in any manner responsible for any warranty, representations, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the quality, conditions, fitness or merchantability of any aspect of the Prize being offered, except that any merchandise Prize shall be subject to its manufacturer’s standard warranty (if any and if applicable).

8. Release: Participating entrants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and related entities, successors and assigns, units and sponsors, divisions and advertising and promotional agencies, Prize suppliers and all other businesses involved in this Sweepstakes, and all entities involved in the production, sponsorship and/or promotion of the Prize, or any part thereof, including, without limitation, the respective directors, employees, representatives and agents of each (collectively, the “Released Entities”), from all claims and liability relating to their participation in the Sweepstakes and the acceptance and use/misuse of the Prize offered. Winner assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused or claimed to be caused by participation in this Sweepstakes or use/misuse or redemption of the Prize. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer and/or administration of the Sweepstakes and/or in the announcement of the Prize.

9. Indemnity: Winner shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Released Entities from and against any and all claims, damages, actions, liability, loss, injury or expense, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs, arising out of or in connection with: (a) winner’s participation in the Sweepstakes; (b) a breach or allegation which if true would constitute a breach, of any of winner’s representations, warranties or obligations herein; and (c) acceptance, possession, grant, or use of any Prize, including without limitation, personal injury, death and property damage arising therefrom.

10. Privacy: By entering and providing the required entry information, entrants expressly acknowledge Sponsor may also send information, samples or special offers it believes may be of interest to entrant, or other information or goods offered by its marketing partners.
