Color — Black and Bleach
Woven from durable white straw and finished with a tonal leather band, this is a crip-looking take on the classic fedora. It comes with a black leather carrying strap for easy transport; to use, simply wrap it around the base of the crown and attach the clasp to the round brass ring.
It all started with a vintage fedora that founder Janessa Leoné purchased during a trip to Paris—stamped inside were the milliner’s initials and, serendipitously, it turned out that his last name was also Leone. Leoné took it as a sign. More than a decade later, her eponymous brand has grown from a small millinery label into a full-fledged accessories line, making similarly long-lasting, timeless pieces. We first fell in love with the straw and wool hats, but today the line also includes luxurious leather goods and sumptuously soft knits. Since its inception, the brand has been committed to sourcing materials responsibly from farms and production facilities around the world—Los Angeles, New York, Pennsylvania, Madagascar, and Ecuador.
