Studious, clean, and efficient, Hotel SP34 is a new kid on the block, offering up a comfortable stay in the bohemian Latin Quarter, just a bit outside the city center. The space is made up of three townhouses, which lend a quaint, laid-back feel—think: grey-walled guest rooms, mid-century modern furnishings, and brass light fixtures. The terraced rooms offer floor-to-ceiling views of either the city or the courtyard. There’s an outpost of Cocks and Cows, a local chain that serves Americana-style burgers, steaks, and BBQ fare. In the hotel lobby there’s a complimentary wine hour that’s a hit with the twentysomethings.
