This comforting bath soak, infused with mustard powder, magnesium, and eucalyptus, soothes misery when you’re not feeling 100 percent. Use it the moment you start to feel under the weather; it’s also super helpful as you recover or even in the middle of the worst of it—the idea is to start feeling better as soon as possible. The soak is made with pharmaceutical-grade Epsom salts, mustard powder, coconut oil, Australian eucalyptus and tea tree extracts, and rosemary.
Add one cup (one third of the bag) to warm running water and soak for a minimum of twenty minutes to let the ingredients work their magic. Be sure to drink water before, during, and after the bath, and when you’re done, rinse, towel-dry, wrap yourself in a cozy, fluffy towel or robe, and…get back in bed.
Caution: Hot or warm baths should not be used by people with certain medical conditions (including those who are pregnant or breastfeeding), except on the advice of a physician. Keep out of reach of children.
